The Western Australian Yachting Foundation runs an array of sailing events throughout the year, including State, National and International Events. These regattas involve a wide range of sailors from youth, women’s events to open events.
Some of these regattas include:
- Interclub Championships; this regatta is raced over three and a half days to decide which club has the best yachtsmen.
- Champion of Champions; is open to all State and National Class Champions, deciding which skipper is the best at picking the wind shifts.
- College Cup; this regatta is open to old boys and girls of Perth schools. It’s both a competitive and fun regatta providing the ideal opportunity for past students to catch up with old friends and colleagues.
- Colin Mullin's Youth Regatta; this match racing regatta
for under 25 year olds brings the state’s best youth match racing
sailors together and is the selection series for WA state teams to be
invited to enter the Warren Jones International Youth Regatta.
